About the role
Opportunity to join a fast-growing scale-up based in Edinburgh. The team is growing, and they are looking for a HelpDesk Analyst who will have responsibility for day-day activities of service desk operations.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for their in-house IT service desk.
- Install computer peripherals for users and assist in maintaining these.
- Identify areas for service improvement.
- Have ownership of tickets and service issues.
- Experience with Windows 10.
- Office 365.
- Preferably you will also have experience of Cloud Based Network Infrastructure.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage your own workload and document processes you have taken.
