My client, a national facilities management organisation, are looking to hire a 3rd Line Support Engineer. This is an urgent and crucial role for the business, and it will also give you exposure to most advanced technologies.

 Skills and experience required:

  • Must be customer facing as you will be working with the wider business
  • Skills in Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10 are essential
  • Experience in 3rd Line Support and dealing with a variety of issues.
  • Must be able to manage workload effectively and communicate well on the phone with incoming tickets.
