The Application Support Lead will:

Lead and develop a team of Application Support Engineers to ensure the rapidly growing customer base always receives first class support

Oversee all 1st to 3rd line application support

Define and establish new processes to support to the growing number of customers

Ensure all support provided to both the on-premise and cloud customer base is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and within agreed SLAs

Do you Have:

  • Experience leading a client services / application support team covering ticket management?
  • Experience developing a team to support increasing numbers of clients whilst establishing new processes to ensure the support of clients is always first class?
  • Strong stakeholder management experience?
  • Hands on SQL experience?
  • Experience supporting cloud platforms?
  • Experience mentoring junior members of the team?
