Support Engineer | Software House, 3rd Line Support | Edinburgh / Remote | Up to £37,000
One of Edinburgh’s most exciting and fastest growing tech start-ups is looking for an ambitious and motivated Support Engineer to join their ranks.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused 3rd Line support Engineer who has prior experience in software support positions to join a company who are really going places. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving and triaging tickets, working closely with the product development team BY suggesting future improvements of the platform.
This position will require the successful candidate to work US hours (5pm-1am), as they will be providing support to the company’s US clients. It will therefore be predominantly home-based, although there may be the requirement to head into the office from time to time.
- Previous Experience within Software Support
- Strong technical experience with a variety of tools/platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- SQL Query experience (highly desirable)
