The Support Technician will work with a wide range of global brands

The Support Technician (Product) will:

  • Provide First line support – phone calls, live chat and email
  • Handle first line diagnostics
  • Escalate issues through the incident management process
  • Communicate with all customers
  • Provide 2nd level support
  • Identify issues / bugs via testing
  • Review and enhance documentation
  • Produce SQL reports
