MBN Academy runs its first Assessment Centre

Last month we introduced the newly launched MBN activities of the Academy and our People Solutions business, MBN Consilium.

We are pleased to announce that the Academy ran its first full Assessment Centre in January and the three exceptional candidates selected to work with us as a result of the outcome of the Assessment Centre joined MBN during February.

The candidates concerned universally agreed that the process placed them under robustly simulated work conditions and forced them into an environment where it was difficult to function at a level often wrapped cosmetically in an ‘interview veneer’.

With Rob driving the process alongside other senior consultants from MBN, we were able to very quickly determine the best fit for candidates and allow them to understand the diligence, rigour and process we put in place to find people we believe have a long term place within our business.

Our Academy process utilises an in house programme comprising sessions designed by our MBN Consilium expert consultants.  A proven process with extensive benefits and many years of intellectual property at the heart of it, we are pleased to announce we are now able to provide this service to MBN’s mainstream clients and to that end, we are seeking one lucky client organisation to receive a complimentary one day assessment centre for up to ten candidates.  To be in with a chance of winning this package, you will need to explain the benefits you believe you will receive from us providing this service.  The successful business will receive the service at no charge for the time of our consultants (expenses will be charged at cost) and can make use of the service anytime during the next six months.
