It was great to see everyone who attended August’s Meetup at the Datalab last night.

Thanks to Firas Khnaisser, Jim Shaw and David Thomas who discussed the topic of improving the customer experience through data driven decisioning.

Firas; Head of Decisioning at Standard Life, leads a team of skilled analysts and spoke about identifying and delivering the right message to the customer across both outbound communications and inbound targeted messaging.

Jim; a Solutions Architect, spoke about the bridge between marketing and technology, ensuring that business requirements are translated into technology initiatives.

David, a Senior Consultant with Comet Global Consulting, spoke about the importance of delivering customer centric projects using data, systems, analytics and insight.
