Host: Paul Forrest, recently named as one of the most influential people in big Data who forms a link between this workshop and the MBN Solutions November Blockchain Conference.

This workshop is to bring blockchain communities together and explore how public and private sector can use the blockchain to innovate new solutions to old problems.

This event is aimed at non-experts in public sector who wish to learn more about distributed consensus mechanisms (e.g. BlockChain) and learn the varied applications that go beyond bitcoin and other crypto currencies and will help Scotland achieve its stated aim of being a “safe and secure place to do business where citizens have trust in public services.”
