MBN are working towards becoming a #PlasticFree workplace
Here at MBN we take our corporate social responsibilities seriously. This is why it is important to us to display high standards of environmental responsibility in all our operations and minimise the environmental impacts associated with our services.

This month, MBN has taken a huge step forward in eliminating the use of plastic utilities within the office.  With an ever-growing office currently standing at over 30 employees, it was an important task for MBN to reduce plastic consumption. This has been achieved through different practices; replacing plastic cutlery with metal cutlery, replacing plastic water cups with reusable bottles and efficiently recycling all plastic waste. Environmental responsibility is an area MBN will continuously work to improve.

MBN takes on Coast to Coast Challenge 2018
This year a team from MBN – Michael Young, Russell Dalgleish, Paul Forrest and Scott Dalgleish – will be taking on a major obstacle course otherwise known as Coast to Coast.

On the 8th of September, the team will be tackling 105 miles across the Scottish Highlands. Last year, they completed this over two days, but this year set themselves the huge challenge of completing it in only one! The challenge takes in some of the most mysterious and wild locations in Scotland. They will run, cycle and kayak past Cawdor Castle, Loch Ness, Glen Nevis and Glen Coe, to name but a few stunning sights! The Highland terrain and weather breeds tough folk, and if you take on this challenge then you will find out why.

This year, the team have chosen St. Andrew’s Hospice as our charity. If you would like to sponsor, you can do so here. Any donations are much appreciated.

Good luck!
