Hello West George Street!
We have closed the doors one last time at Ingram House and
reopened them at 112 West George Street!

After 9 years and a million enjoyable memories it was time to make the big move and start a new chapter for MBN. We are fortunate to say that our team is growing and with that, means we need more space.

Our new office boasts 3950 square foot with light-filled glass meeting rooms, a private board and learning room, a super cool event space (suitable for up to 80 guests!) with lots of break off collaboration areas.

The open plan office allows for everyone to be social, no matter how junior or senior the position.
MBN team spirit is high and we have just some last touches to make before announcing our launch party!

Nicola Sturgeon mentions the incredible MSc Placement Project.

The festival saw almost 4000 participants celebrating Data-driven Innovation at over 60 events across Scotland in the space of just two weeks. The First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon attended DataSummit on the final day of DataFest and spoke of the importance of Scotland using data, she went on to accredit the MSc Placement Project that MBN facilitates on behalf The Data Lab and the incredible opportunities it holds for both aspiring students and the Scottish companies that take part.

MBN's Robin Huggins hosted his advanced LinkedIn Skills for Employability Workshop, which was a huge triumph once again. Robin spoke about the skills that employers look for when looking at LinkedIn profiles, he spoke of the importance of maintaining a presence online in our social world and the real benefits of growing your own personal brand.

Alongside the workshop MBN held CV workshops, coaching graduates on CV writing techniques, preparation, and research for interviews as well as practical tips around the selection process that students could use when beginning their job hunt.

We gave one lucky newsletter subscriber the chance to win a brand new IPad courtesy of MBN!
Three of our MBN team: CEO Michael Young, consultants Stephen Hill and Darren Moffat have been training tirelessly for over 3 months for the Ultra Tour of Arran. They are tasked with off-road running & hiking around 100km through dense forests and mountains from the South to the North on the Isle of Arran.

The team have chosen a small local Scottish based charity that is close to one of the hearts of our colleagues and we would appreciate any support.

On the charity, Michael said: "We are very keen to support a small local charity who are making a difference, they are a small charity with a big heart and huge dreams"
