He joined the MBN board to help establish the platform for growth and focuses on the development of the senior team, management practices and MBN's core focus around Insight and Analytics.
Paul's background supports the central pillars of MBN's growth strategy and frequently means Paul steps in to support work with MBN's strategically important accounts.

He splits his time between his home in Scotland and his various business interests in London. Today, Russell uses his experience, contacts and market knowledge to assist companies to grow to their full potential through vision and strategy creation built on a foundation of trust, consistent dialogue and shared inspiration.

Reporting directly to the board, Pete concentrates his efforts on developing the strength of MBN’s recruitment teams to maximise growth, retention of top consultants and also to ensure that the business continues to develop its management practices.

Most of his experience has been gained in the areas of Technology, Analytics and Digital Engagement and has involved participation in strategically important client initiatives for some of the biggest brands in business.
As Director of Academy & Client Services, Robin’s role combines elements of strategic business development, Operations Management, leadership of the MBN Insight and Analytics team and Training and Development manager for the business.
Following on from graduate studies in Politics and Psychology and Post-Graduate studies in Human Resource Management, he entered the recruitment sector in 1999 and has been with MBN since 2010.
