Associate Director, Data Analytics
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Car Allowance + 30% Bonus + Extensive Package
Location: Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds – Home working with travel to offices and client sites when required

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Associate Director to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions for clients.
This role combines technical delivery with consulting, from data warehouse design, dashboards, and KPIs to financial modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
You’ll:
- Lead client engagements, designing solutions and providing strategic insights.
- Build and implement data pipelines, DWHs, and Power BI dashboards.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, driving high-quality delivery.
- Apply your finance knowledge to transform analytics across multiple projects.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has consulting experience in finance / professional services.
- Is hands-on technically and has delivered data warehouse, BI, and analytics solutions.
- Can lead client discussions, influence stakeholders, and translate data into actionable insights.
